Announcement

Following successful conferences in Seoul (2004), Cape Town (2006), Melbourne (2009), Belfast (2012), Belo Horizonte (2015), Hong Kong (2018) and Barcelona (2021), IATIS is delighted to announce that Sultan Qaboos University, Muscat will host the 8^th IATIS International Conference from 10 – 13 Dec 2025.

Soon the Call for Papers will be announced in the IATIS website and it will invite contributions to the theme "Sustainable Translation in the Age of Knowledge Extraction, Generation, and (Re)Creation"

بعد النجاح الكبير الذي حققته مؤتمرات الجمعية الدولية لدراسات الترجمة والدراسات الثقافية في كل من مؤتمر سيؤول- كوريا (2004) وكيب تاون – جنوب إفريقيا (2006) وملبورن - استراليا (2009) وبلفاست – المملكة المتحدة (2012) وبيلو هوريزنتي - البرازيل (2015) وهونج كونج - الصين (2018) وبرشلونه - اسبانيا (2021) يسر الجمعية أن تعلن أن جامعة السلطان قابوس، سلطنة عمان ستستضيف النسخة الثامنة من المؤتمر الدولي للجمعية والذي تقرر انعقاده في 10 – 13 ديسمبر 2025.

ستعلن الجمعية قريبا عن بدء استقبال المشاركات العلمية تحت عنوان "الترجمة المستدامة في عصر استخلاص المعرفة وتوليدها وإعادة إنتاجها"
