The Department of Translation, The Chinese University of Hong Kong is pleased to announce the launch of the Journal of Translation Technology, the first peer-reviewed international journal in translation technology. The journal serves to promote the scholarly study of translation technology and publishes academic articles on the history, theory, and practice of the discipline and review articles of books on the field.

The Journal of Translation Technology contains mainly English and Chinese articles while other languages will also be considered. It is a biannual publication and the first issue is expected to be released in January 2012.
