PhD in Translation Studies from a recognized university
Focus: Translation Technology /Interpreting Studies
PhD study program should be full-time. Part-time, online, or blended study programs are not
accepted
Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in the broader area of Translation Studies and the
specialized areas of Translation Technology and Interpreting Studies
Excellent record of published research in peer reviewed journals
Experience in teaching/supervision in postgraduate studies
Excellent skills in using technology in teaching
Fluency in both English and Arabic (oral and written)
